Established managers

This workshop guides experienced managers to identify key leadership traits. Through interactive discussions and exercises, they gain a deeper understanding of effective leadership.
Participants are encouraged to channel their efforts towards expanding their capabilities beyond their inherent talents.
This workshop is designed to focus on internal development and  interpersonal skills.

I have a workshop called Train the Trainer which helps trainers understand the psychology of the 'on-the-job' training process.
Each workshop above can be expanded or contracted.
I continue to investigate my own leadership journey and am always share my own personal failures, successes and frustrations. It leads to other workshops.
